Access to the Financial Management & Benchmarking System is charged on a subscription basis for a flat rate of $225 per month.  This per diem includes:

Cost Report Option 
The Financial Management & Benchmarking System can also produce a professional Trial Balance that vastly facilitates preparation of the Hospice Medicare Cost Report.  The Trial Balance can be up-loaded or the summary report can be used for easy manual input.  This feature is an additional $50 per month. 

If desired, MVI will prepare your Medicare Hospice Cost Report for a fee of $75 per month when a hospice is using the Cost Report Option.
